Upon submission of this form, Mark VII's Accounts Receivable Department will contact the designated supervisor via the email and phone number provided within seven (7) business days to finalize payment arrangements, subject to course availability and open enrollment slots.
Payment Processing: Final enrollment confirmation and course registration will be completed only after payment arrangements have been confirmed with our Accounts Receivable Department. Course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been explicitly approved in writing by Mark VII.

Enrollment is subject to available capacity, payment confirmation, and approval by Mark VII. You will receive written confirmation of your enrollment status after payment arrangements are finalized.
